help with a good tour

I'm going to see San Diego and Los Angeles and Las Vegas this month,
I'm totally new in America so I'm planning to go everywhere little by little and with my student budget ;)
But I need a tour to see other cities in California, I will be in California from December 15-22 and again from December29-January 12
Can you help with a good tour? (and of course cheap one)
