By becoming a customer of FindMeetGo.com, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed with the following "Terms and Conditions", and irrevocable consent to be bound by all said "Terms and Conditions", including any updates thereto. FindMeetGo has the right to change the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. FindMeetGo encourages you to print out a copy of this Agreement to review and bring it with you on the trip.

Your Eligibility
You must be an individual, 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may use FindMeetGo.com only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Standard Reservation Process and E-Ticket    TOP
1. Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation by email.
2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us.
3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email two or three days or even sooner before your departure date providing you with all detailed information about your tour. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience and reconfirmation purpose.
4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase. You should contact airline and local tour provider to re-confirm your flight arrival information and pickup arrangement before your departure.

Privacy and Data Collection    TOP
FindMeetGo the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. FindMeetGo collects information from our users at several different points on our website in order to process reservations and better serve you with pertinent information. Information collected includes name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as credit card. FindMeetGo also requires you to submit a user name and password of your choice for future access to your information. Your user name and password is to remain confidential and you should not share this information with anyone. FindMeetGo's information practices are further described in its Privacy and Security Policy. FindMeetGo’s Privacy and Security Policy is part of this Agreement, and you agree that use of data as described in the Privacy and Security Policy is not an actionable breach of your privacy or publicity rights.

Travel Insurance    TOP
FindMeetGo strongly recommend our customers to acquire insurance on medical, trip cancellation, and baggage, etc. FindMeetGo does not currently offer any travel arrangements. The tour products listed on FindMeetGo are operated by independent tour providers. We act as agent for providers of tours, transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations. FindMeetGo shall be exempt from any liability in the event of an accident resulting in, but not limited to, loss or damage of properties, injury to people, death during trip, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control. Settlements will ensue in accordance with rules set by airlines, hotels, buses, etc. You agree that FindMeetGo will not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of a dispute or disagreement between you and any participating provider or a third party for any thing which is in any way related to this site or the use of information contained in this site, and you hereby expressively waive any such claim against FindMeetGo and its owner, members, officers, directors, employees, parents, subsidiaries, agents and representatives.
FindMeetGo believe that due to the Cancellation Policy for your tour and the unexpected events that can possibly occur, your party would benefit from purchasing Travel Insurance Select for your reservation. Please visit: View all Options and Rates to get more detailed information.

Tour Amendments and Cancellation    TOP
Tour providers will try their best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, tour providers reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and canceling tours due to weather, transportation, riot and many other uncontrollable reasons under very rare and special circumstances. Tour providers also reserve the right to cancel the tour prior to departure, and refund payment if the number of participants is inadequate to form a tour group.

Language    TOP
Tours are escorted by professional English or bi- or multi-lingual tour guide and/or driver guides. In order to meet the language needs of the majority of passengers on a tour coach, tours and/or languages may be combined to enable operation of the tours. You have the responsibility to inform us of your language needs when you book the tour online.

Passports and Visas    TOP
You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents and/or verifying entry requirements necessary for each country of travel and/or transit on your selected tour itinerary. Entry laws differ with respect to travelers’ citizenship. FindMeetGo cannot obtain personal travel documents for customers or assume responsibility for notice of countries’ current requirements. You are responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to your lack of appropriate travel documents.
You should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the government of the visiting country, including but not limited to immigration and Customs Laws and Regulations. FindMeetGo will not be responsible for any penalties due to your failure to abide by any regulations of the government of the visiting country.

Pricing, Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy    TOP
Please be aware all prices are offered in the currency of United States Dollars. Prices may vary due to availability. For example,prices may increase during holidays. Buy 2, Get 1 or 2 Free Offers    TOP
Offers are provided and confirmed only on an availability basis. Once confirmed, the reservation cannot be changed or removed without a Cancellation Fee. If cancellation of free-fare passenger(s) is made at least 7 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $30 Amendment Fee plus the amount for the paid participating travelers. Cancellations within 7 days of tour departure date are subject to the Standard Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy. No-shows on the tour departure date will be assessed a penalty fee (fees are dependant upon the tour) per passenger, that will be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservation. This is a mandatory fee to be collected by the tour guide in order to participate on the tour.

Travel companion    TOP
All travel companions parties agree to take the tour together on their own will and accord. Disparities financially, culturally, or personally are each party's responsibility to resolve and must not affect the overall tour in any fashion. If one party cancels their part of the tour, all additional penalties or charges associated with the cancellation of the departing party's tour must be paid by the departing party in full. This ensures the departing party leave the attending parties and their tour in good standing.
Travel Companion orders are fully nonrefundable after the payments have been submitted by each travel companion party. Travel Companion tours cannot change departure dates unless all parties consent to the departure date change. Airport transfers for travel companion orders follow the same standards as airport transfers provided on normal tours. No additional room alteration to a tour may be made once the tour has been confirmed. Default tour rooms are standard double rooms with 2 queen size or full size beds unless otherwise specified. Additional bedding arrangements will come at additional fees if available and will be the responsibility of the travel companion party. 
All parties herein agree to the policies and bindings of a travel companion booking and terms and conditions and have agreed to the continuation of the tour in each party's good faith and understanding.

Chargeback    TOP
You hereby waive any objection you may have to FindMeetGo’s use of electronic records with Discover, MasterCard, VISA, American Express or banks that issued credit cards should it be necessary for FindMeetGo to respond to a chargeback. You agree that FindMeetGo does business electronically by email, so email is accepted as the form of delivery of the services provided by FindMeetGo. You are not ordering tickets to be delivered in person or by mail, so you agree to accept email as the form of delivery and instructs Discover, MasterCard, VISA, American Express and banks that issue credit cards that email delivery constitutes delivery of services in this transaction.
You agree not to dispute a credit card charge on the basis of services not rendered if FindMeetGo can prove that the E-Ticket was sent by email (by providing electronic proof that the E-Ticket was sent at a specific date and time as recorded by FindMeetGo's computer system); by fax (by providing a copy of the transmission record showing the fax was successfully sent to the fax number provided); by mail (by providing a signed statement by the person who deposited the E-Ticket in the United States Postal Service). You agree that you will not dispute any charge improperly. This includes filing chargebacks claiming fraud if you claim the name of FindMeetGo was not recognized by you. In the event you file a chargeback improperly, you agree to provide a written statement to the credit card company confirming the charge is correct and should be paid and agree to send a faxed copy of this letter to FindMeetGo, Attention: Chargeback, 1-626-552-3713.
In the event legal action is necessary for by FindMeetGo to collect money taken away from FindMeetGo through a chargeback or to collect the Chargeback Fee, you agree to pay FindMeetGo’s legal expenses if FindMeetGo wins the lawsuit.

Medical Conditions, Pregnancy and Travel    TOP
If you have a medical condition, or if you are pregnant and considering travel, you must consult with your doctor before you travel, especially if medical condition requires daily routine care, urgent care, or your pregnancy is high-risk. You are responsible for disclosing any related information to us during the check-out process by adding special comments. You understand FindMeetGo or local provider is not in a position to provide any medical services or urgent care in the event such an action may be required. You are liable for any risks, incidences or consequences incurred during travel. We highly recommend that you purchase medical insurance and travel insurance before you travel.

Disabilities and Travel    TOP
We embrace all people, regardless of colors or physical conditions. One of our goals is to provide free access and expand travel opportunities for people with special needs in the United States and abroad. We are exploring more travel products to accommodate this special population; however, yet, not all the travel products we currently offer include special accommodations. You are responsible to verify with us before you book travel to ensure that special arrangement can be made if it is required for your needs. FindMeetGo or local provider is not liable for any incidences or consequences incurred during travel or complaints or lawsuits during or after travel due to your failure to inform us of your special needs. You also have the responsibility to re-confirm with us, after we reserve seats for you, that special accommodation will be provided per your request.

Choice of Law, Waiver, and Claims    TOP
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without reference to conflicts of law rules. As a condition of the use of the FindMeetGo website and service, you (the Customer) agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Los Angeles, California and therefore agree to file any grievance or suit of any kind exclusively in the courts located within the county of Los Angeles. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the other provisions contained herein will remain in full force and effect. FindMeetGo’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of the Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating or constituting a partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between FindMeetGo and the product providers or between FindMeetGo and any other of its Corporate Partners. Neither the product providers nor any Corporate Partner shall have the ability to create any obligation on FindMeetGo’s behalf. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and FindMeetGo with respect to the using FindMeetGo.com.
